Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Fuchsia Flowers website (the "Site"), placing an order, or interacting with our floral services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services or purchase products from Fuchsia Flowers. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, vendors, and contributors.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order; however, this does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, payment discrepancies, or suspected fraud.

  • Order Modifications: Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to make changes. After that, arrangements may already be in preparation.
  • Substitutions: In rare cases where a specific flower is unavailable, our florists may substitute with a comparable or higher-value bloom to maintain the bouquet's beauty and style.
Freshness Guarantee: We take pride in delivering freshly cut flowers. If your bouquet does not meet quality standards due to transit issues, please notify us within 6 hours of delivery for a replacement or credit.

Delivery Policy

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) on business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier availability, or peak floral seasons. Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

  • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery addresses. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery caused by incorrect information.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery partner will leave a notification or attempt a second delivery. After two unsuccessful attempts, the order may be returned to our shop; redelivery fees will apply.
  • Delivery Areas: Currently we deliver within major metro areas and select pin codes. Please check availability during checkout.

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to update prices and promotional offers at any time. Payment can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or digital wallets. All transactions are processed using secure third‑party payment gateways; we do not store full card details.

Promotions Coupon codes and discounts must be applied at checkout. They are not valid with other offers unless specified. Fuchsia Flowers reserves the right to cancel any order that circumvents promotional limits.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because flowers are perishable, we handle returns with great care:

  • Damaged or Wilted Products: If your flowers arrive damaged or not fresh upon delivery, please send a photo to support@fuchsiaflowers.shop within 6 hours. We will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit/refund at our discretion.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for simply changing your mind, but we encourage you to contact us — we may offer a credit for future purchase.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. To cancel, call our support line or email us. After preparation or dispatch, cancellations may incur a processing fee.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Account Responsibilities

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, floral arrangements photography, and software — is the property of Fuchsia Flowers or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Interfering with security features or attempting to access non-public areas of the system.
  • Uploading malicious code, viruses, or engaging in denial-of-service attacks.
  • Misrepresenting your identity or making fraudulent orders.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuchsia Flowers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
